The starting point for any rehabilitation is understanding Movement and Posture. From this base we can establish an understanding of injury and damaged tissue that we can address through Soft Tissue Rehabilitation Massage or Medical Acupuncture.
Soft Tissue Rehabilitation
Using a combination of Massage, Soft Tissue Release, Positional Release, Neuromuscular, Muscle Energy, and Myofascial Techniques, we aim to ease pain and restore optimum function.
Acupuncture can be an effective method for treating a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders and also a useful adjunctive therapy to Soft Tissue Rehabilitation. Our approach focuses on the use of dry needling for the management of muscular pain.
During a consultation
We will focus on specific areas of injury or restriction. Assessing the tissues and planning for the best rehabilitation treatment.
We will agree on the treatment plan together and then work through a series of treatment techniques that best fit your injury.
