It’s party season and with all the work and social events there is bound to be some sore heads the following day.
Our advice is to obviously enjoy everything in moderation in the first place, however we know that you may overindulge from time to time, and hangovers are bound to follow.
The truth is there is no magic hangover cure, the British Medical Journal published a systematic review of randomised controlled trials, looking into inventions for the treatment and prevention of hangovers. They concluded that there was NO compelling evidence in the scientific literature to back up any method!
However we know hydration is key and taking on board the right nutrients can give you an extra energy boost in the morning to help your mood.
