Our classes make sure your body moves in all different directions for best results. If we tend to move in the same directions (i.e forwards as a runner), we can end up overworking some muscles and underworking others, leading to imbalance or repetitive strains.
Our Pilates classes prevent these injuries to keep you moving towards your goal, whatever that may be.
