This notice sets out the data processing practices of Winchester Wellness Ltd.

For effective service, we will ask you for some personal information, in order to contact and identify you. This information may include, but is not limited to, your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address and postal address. This data can be collected via online bookings or through our secure email system, over the telephone or in person. If this personal data is written on paper (e.g when taken in person), this will be entered onto our software system, Cliniko, as soon as possible and the paper will be destroyed immediately.

The basis for processing the above data is to assist your experience with Winchester Wellness Ltd. Only with the relevant information can we contact, refer and send rehabilitation plans where appropriate.

Data, such as clinical notes related to services used, will be retained for 8 years after your last treatment/service in line with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) guidelines. Furthermore, contact information may be kept to use for marketing, such as newsletters or reminders, unless you withdraw consent or ‘opt-out’ of marketing communications.

We will only carry out solely automated decision-making, including profiling, if stated within a contract with you; we have the right under law or your explicit consent. You will be informed of any such processing and you have the right to request human intervention or challenge the decision.
