The Sculpt Guide 2.0 is a 12-week program designed by experienced personal trainer Zanna Van Dijk.
Not only will this program increase cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, bone health and improve performance (whether that be looking after kids or sporting activities), it will also boost confidence, release endorphins (chemicals within the body that make us feel happy) and improve mood.

Even if you haven’t exercised in a while or suffered an injury, Winchester Wellness physiotherapist, Lucy devised ‘The Core Builder’ within the program. The Core Builder is a set of exercises based on Zanna’s rehabilitation after abdominal surgery.
